We operate as a complete records management company and warehouse facility, as well as a moving and storage company. We separate the operations of our businesses by having the record center in a separate part of the facility. The equipment that is used during record storage is only used for that purpose. The employees that handle these records are limited and controlled. All the employees have passed an extensive background investigation and we can supply you with a “Business Associates Agreement” that will extend your privacy issues to us. We have temperature controlled ventilation systems that keep the air circulating. We are inspected monthly for fire protection, we are an approved DOD facility and are inspected/entrusted to warehouse military assets, household goods and meet state and agriculture standards for storage. Our fire, smoke and heat monitors are hooked directly to the monitoring station and the fire department. Our fire and security systems have a back-up power supply. We have the finest storage facility in Central Alabama, and we invite you to come by anytime (some areas are of course secure and off limits). Unlike our competitors, our facility is in a nicer part of town, closer to businesses and convenient to your employees if needed. We are equipped with state-of-the-art, 24 hour digital video surveillance, infrared cameras inside and out that can be viewed off site as well as onsite. We own and maintain our facility unlike most all of our counterparts in Alabama, because we take great pride in our facility.

If at the end of the asset life cycle the items can be sold, shredded or destroyed (as directed), we can aid with compliance, redeployment, and liquidation, as well as provide your accountants with a “certificate of destruction.” Admiral can handle destruction, or recycling of computer and electronic equipment in a secure and confidential manner. We can facilitate a triple drill of a hard drive, or DOD approved double swipe of a hard drive for recycling and disposal.
